Changing

The only constant in life is change. – Heraclitus

Change is the current beneath everything we know. It moves without asking permission, reshaping our days, minds, hearts.

As children, change feels like an adventure, new schools, new friends, new worlds to explore, the unknown is exciting. But as we grow older, the same unknown begins to stir fear instead of wonder. Yet, change doesn’t wait for our approval. It arrives quietly, like the turning of seasons. The trees do not mourn their fallen leaves; they trust the spring will return.

Every transformation brings a touch of grief for who we were, for what we’ve left behind. But within that grief, a wiser, softer version of ourselves begins to take shape.

Let’s embrace change, welcoming it as an old friend who understands us better. Every ending is an opening in disguise, inviting us to start anew, differently, deeply, and alive.
